Payments

Yes, it’s safe to pay on our website. We use a secure payment platform called Stripe to protect your payment information. Your payment details are fully encrypted and we don’t store them on our website.

We offer several payment options to make shopping with us easy and convenient, including:

Shipping

We currently ship our products only within the UAE. However, we are working on expanding our shipping boundaries and plan to offer international shipping in the future.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and want to make our products available to customers worldwide.

We make it easy for you to track your orders. You will receive a message with the tracking link via WhatsApp to your registered phone number once your order has been shipped.

We offer free shipping on orders of AED 100 and above. If you have items in your cart that total AED 100 or more, you will automatically qualify for free shipping.

We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. If you place your order before 5 PM, you can expect to receive your order on the next day. For orders placed after 5 PM, it will take up to 2 days for delivery.

Please note that for remote areas, delivery will be attempted twice a week on Sundays and Thursdays.

Warranty & Returns

Yes, all of our products come with a one-year warranty. This means that if there are any issues with your product within the first year of use, we will assist you with repairs or replacement. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us through WhatsApp or email at contact@watt.ae.

If you wish to cancel, refund, or return a product, you can contact us through WhatsApp or email at contact@watt.ae. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the process.
